Well Rookie was captured....but the captured board is full....so i don't think anyone else can be caught.......but hopefully the director is caught.....we all want to know he/her name!

Now we are able to get to the rest of the operation. Wait till the laser turns green to walk through and complete the terminal!

The rest of the operation

OK guys, i found a way to FINISH OPERATION BLACKOUT!! You also have to change the date your computer to the last day where you get lava shoes at herberts base, then go to forest, then back.

When you do the balcony glitch, before you move to the next terminal, swiftly quick the lazer machine a split second before you get to the next terminal.

Once you correctly finish that, you will end up here...

DON'T GO INTO THE PIPE UNLESS YOU HAVE LAVA SHOES!

go up the stairs to see the 4th terminal!

I ACTUALLY SAW SOMEONE NEXT TO THE LASER MACHINE SO I WILL WORK ON FINDING OUT HOW TO DO THAT! DOTTIE OUT!

UPDATE: I FOUND OUT HOW TO GET TO THE LASER!!!!!!!

Ok you cant do this on the same server twice so while your on the balcony look at your surroundings.

 Click this and you end up in the laser room!

Proof:

 This terminal is the laser terminal...looks hard.....but isnt....i know how to do it...but i want to wait till the end of the party!

Operation day 2

RED ALERT: The second part is up. Your mission is to use your newly acquired grappling hook and finish this puzzle :Move the bar blocking the side bar to the side, draw the long bar down and glide the key to the finish.

To continue with this mission follow these simple rules: Go to underground tunnel

 Click these rocks a split second before leaving from the ladder
 Now your on the balcony...go into the tunnel

 This is next next room! LOOK AT IT CAREFULLY!

 You may finish this terminal, but be unable to continue.

Operation Blackout

1. November 8th: Gary was kidnapped!
2. November 15th: EPF Command Room Destroyed
3. November 15th: Herbert Activated Solar Laser

What we must do:

1. Infiltrate Herbert’s Base and Shut it Down( AND SAVE GARY!)

The first page of the briefing is the page which displays the information above.

The second page, titled “1″, (Accessed via the bar on the right) contains the task of firstly wearing either a Herbert or Klutzy outfit and then following the instructions noted below.

The orders say:

Slip past Central Lock Down through the vent system.
Find Security Terminal 1 and shut it down.

We are given a map to look at on that page too.

Click “Go there” prior to accessing the map, and then once you have entered the room. Then turn back around and exit via the door on the right. You will then be in the room with a pool.

Then follow the trail of arrows in to the next room, which is at the top right hand corner of the room. You will then be in a small room where you can access the Security Terminal!

Enter the Security Terminal and you’ll be greeted with the screen below.

Move the long block that blocks the straight connection from the key and the keyhole. Then drag the key and place it in the hole.
That’s today’s mission done, you can come back on the 16th in order for another mission and more Club Penguin Operation Blackout Cheats.
Go over to either the Lighthouse or the Dock and access the special catalog which sells the following items:

• Capture Equipment
• Puffle Care Cap
• First Aid Kit
• Snowboard Helmet
• Ski Patrol Jacket
• Puffle Care Sash

There is one cheat in this very small Club Penguin catalog, and it can be accessed by clicking on either of the bottom two holes in the piece of paper saying “Special Move”, in the top, right hand corner of the page. The item is called “Rappelling Gear”.

In your briefing, there are another five pages of missions. They are listed below however none of them are available yet.

 Club Penguin have released a brand new issue of the Club Penguin Times today and Aunt Arctic has announced that Gary the Gadget Guy is missing!. This is what she said:

The support article in this weeks newspaper was wrote by Rookie and he says the island is on Red Alert – don’t dress as Herbert or Klutzy until the red alert is over! Take a look at this for details:

Finally, the upcoming events. Herbert wrote these events again – it would seem if Herbert does take over the island there will be no more pins!

Sneak Peek: Arctic White

Hello Penguins!
A few months back, Billybob mentioned we’re planning to release a brand new penguin color: Arctic White. And I know a lot of you have been asking when it'll come out.
I don’t want to give away too much of the surprise, but I can tell you that all players will be able to get this color before the end of the year.
